It utilizes a mature “three-step” route to achieve modular continuous production. Compared to other domestic traditional methods, this technology offers significant advantages in industrial maturity and advancement, ensuring a highly efficient, continuous, and stable production process.
1、Synthesis of bis(chlorosulfonyl)imide.
2、Bis(chlorosulfonyl)imide is prepared into bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide through fluorination (using fluorination agent HF/KF).
3、Lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (LiFSI) is obtained by reacting bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide with a lithiation agent to form a salt.
