ESCP Europe Executive Master Delegation Visits Shanghai DODGEN for Digital Innovation Dialogue

On November 11, Shanghai DODGEN hosted a delegation from the Executive Master program in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership at ESCP Europe, one of Europe’s leading business schools.

Founded in 1819, ESCP Europe is recognized as the world’s first business school and maintains a longstanding reputation among Europe’s top-ranked institutions for management education. The visiting delegation consisted primarily of senior executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate founders from multiple European countries, representing extensive leadership experience and international business insight.

Continued Academic-Industry Exchange Following Successful Prior Visit

Building on the constructive exchange achieved during the previous visit, ESCP Europe organized the current cohort’s return to Shanghai DODGEN to continue discussions on digital transformation, sustainable innovation, and potential areas of collaboration.

The renewed engagement reflects ongoing interest in cross-border academic-industry dialogue and technology-driven business development.

Multinational Executive Representation Across Diverse Industries

The delegation included participants from more than ten countries, including Spain, Germany, France, Italy, the United States, Hungary, Nigeria, India, and Afghanistan.

Industry backgrounds spanned chemicals, healthcare, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, digital entertainment, consulting, financial technology, and legal services.

The diversity of sectors and geographic representation enabled structured discussions on digital innovation models, international expansion strategies, and industrial technology adoption.

Ms. Chen Yan, Assistant to the Chairman and Head of the International Business Division at DODGEN, welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of the company’s international development strategy.

The group was subsequently guided through DODGEN’s technology showcase, where participants reviewed core capabilities, innovation initiatives, and cross-border business development practices.

The visit concluded with discussions focused on digital transformation trends, international cooperation opportunities, and the role of technology-driven enterprises in global industrial modernization.
