Focusing on Process and Enhancing Technology.
Jointly Exploring New Pathways for Green Manufacturing of Advanced Materials
ICIF China 2026 Concluded Successfully
Exhibition Recap
From September 15 to 17, the 2026 (23rd) China International Chemical Industry Fair (ICIF China 2026) was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As a company focused on process intensification technologies for the green transition of the advanced materials and process industries, DODGEN Shanghai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. made a striking appearance at Booth E6B25 under the theme “
Focusing on Process and Enhancing Technology. Jointly Exploring New Pathways for Green Manufacturing of Advanced Materials”. The company showcased its core technologies and equipment, publicly demonstrated its AI process diagnostics platform for the first time, and granted exclusive interviews to authoritative industry media. The three-day event yielded fruitful results and concluded successfully.
Core Technologies on Display
Booth Attracts Large Crowds
During the exhibition, DODGEN showcased its four major categories of core technologies and equipment—melt crystallization, continuous polymerization, polymer devolatilization, and static mixing—which attracted numerous professional visitors from both China and abroad to stop by and discuss business. Intensive discussions took place on topics such as process optimization, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and quality improvement, and preliminary agreements on several cooperation proposals were reached on-site.

In-Depth Analysis of the Strategic Plan
On the first day of the exhibition, the head of DODGEN’s Marketing Department granted an exclusive interview to the China Chemical Industry News, sharing insights on the highlights of the exhibition, practical applications, and future plans.
When discussing how to help customers solve practical problems, the head explained: “The company’s independently developed melt crystallization technology leverages differences in the melting points of various components to achieve selective crystallization and separation of target substances. It does not require large-scale vaporization of materials and reduces energy consumption by 65% to 85% compared to traditional distillation. Product purity can reach 99.99% or higher, making it particularly suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive chemical materials that require high purity. In the field of electrolyte materials, DODGEN has a track record of industrial-scale implementation for crystallization and purification process packages and core equipment for material systems such as EC, VC, FEC, and DMC. The company has also accumulated mature engineering experience in the de-volatilization of high-performance polymers like POE, capable of removing residual monomers and solvents to the ppm level.”

Focusing on Niche Markets
Accelerating Global Expansion
Leveraging its three core technological pillars—“reaction, separation, and purification”—and its full-chain service capabilities spanning “R&D, pilot testing, and manufacturing,” DODGEN has charted a path of differentiated development in an increasingly competitive industry and has established a solution matrix covering seven major fields: These range from new energy and electronic chemicals, high-performance polymers and advanced materials, and bio-based chemicals and materials; to biodegradable materials and plastic recycling, green agrochemicals and key intermediates, pharmaceutical, nutritional, and personal care ingredients; and finally to basic and fine chemicals.
It is worth noting that internationalization is emerging as a new growth engine for DODGEN. Leveraging the geographical advantages of its Shanghai Marketing and Export Center, DODGEN has set its sights on emerging and mature markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. In fields such as electrolyte materials, bio-based materials, and plastic chemical recycling, DODGEN’s integrated technology aligns closely with global trends in green manufacturing, giving the company a natural competitive edge in the international market. In the future, DODGEN will steadily advance its integrated global expansion strategy of “technology + equipment + process packages,” accelerating the entry of China’s independently developed green separation technologies onto the world stage.
Although the exhibition has come to a close, The collaboration is getting underway. DODGEN welcomes inquiries and discussions from both new and existing clients at any time, and we look forward to working together to promote green and high-quality development in the petrochemical and chemical industries.
