On June 27th, the SHINGHWA New Energy 220,000 tons/year lithium battery material production and R&D integration project, located in the Wuhan Chemical Industry Park, achieved a successful start-up. The unit successfully produced ultra-high-quality electrolyte solvents such as ethylene carbonate (EC). The purification unit provided by DODGEN operated smoothly, with product purity reaching international leading levels and other control and technical indicators performing excellently.
Previously, 도겐 also provided three sets of high-quality purification units for the SHINGHWA New Energy Quanzhou Project. Both projects are important layouts in the new energy industry of Shinghwa Advanced Material Group. The units can consume tens of thousands of tons of carbon dioxide annually, which is of great significance in promoting the upgrading of the new energy industry and assisting in achieving the national “carbon peak, carbon neutrality” strategic goals.
New energy material products have high purity requirements, and the carbon footprint indicators of the production process are also crucial. DODGEN’s patented purification technology can produce ultra-high purity carbonate products while reducing carbon dioxide emissions during production. DODGEN’s process engineers provided a scientifically designed purification process plan before the project delivery, delivered the design plan on time during the project implementation, and provided start-up guidance and commissioning services after delivery to ensure smooth operation and production.
