Due to the issues such as low conversion, high impurity content, complex production operation and controlling difficulty that traditional producing facilities have in the production of hydrocyanic acid and its derivatives — particularly in the reaction, deammoniation, and product recovery stages, DODGEN developed a new technology of hydrocyanic acid synthesis process based on the Andrussow process in order to optimize the traditional one.
