The DSR heat exchanger consists of several DSR tube bundles connected in series, forming multiple independent temperature and mixing zones. It alters the original parabolic flow pattern into plug flow to ensure uniform residence time distribution.

Densely distributed heat transfer surfaces offer reliable heat dissipation and fluid temperature control for optimal process management. Due to its outstanding control over fluid parameters, the DSR is also perfectly suited as a polymer reactor.
