Devolatilizer Introduction

The DODGEN Falling-Strip Devolatilizer is the core hardware enabling high-efficiency devolatilisation. It consists of a heat-transfer section, a falling-strip distribution section, and a vacuum devolatilization section. With a proprietary falling-strip distributor, high-viscosity polymer melts are uniformly distributed to create a large vertical interfacial surface area, providing optimal conditions for volatile components to escape. The unit operates stably under vacuum, delivers high devolatilization efficiency, and markedly improves product quality. With no moving parts, a compact footprint and high reliability, it is an ideal choice to enhance the competitiveness of the purification stage in your polymer production line.
