Devolatilizer Introduction
The DODGEN Falling-Strip Devolatilizer is the core hardware enabling high-efficiency devolatilisation. It consists of a heat-transfer section, a falling-strip distribution section, and a vacuum devolatilization section. With a proprietary falling-strip distributor, high-viscosity polymer melts are uniformly distributed to create a large vertical interfacial surface area, providing optimal conditions for volatile components to escape. The unit operates stably under vacuum, delivers high devolatilization efficiency, and markedly improves product quality.
