Micro Reactor Technology Introduction

The D-AMERT high flux microreactor is an innovative system developed by DODGEN to address key challenges in industrial-scale deployment. Integrating metered feed delivery, precise temperature control, and high-efficiency reaction in one unit, it is purpose-built to overcome the low throughput and clogging risks of conventional micro reactors. The system enlarges reaction flow passages to the millimeter scale while maintaining micron-scale reaction interfaces through engineered internal elements. In doing so, it preserves the superior mass- and heat-transfer performance of micro reaction technology while delivering truly industrial high-throughput production capability.

1 Linear Distributor Technology

A proprietary linear distribution device ensures uniform fluid distribution before entering the flow passages.

2 Ultra-Precision Mixing Elements

Specially designed mixing elements are integrated within the channels to generate forced shear during flow. This homogenizes the reaction interface down to the micron scale.

3 Modular Configuration

Leveraging high-efficiency plate-and-shell heat exchanger integration and DODGEN’s falling-film reactor engineering experience. The system is compact and easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance.

Fabricación de equipos

DODGEN manufactures the high flux micro reactor using advanced micro fabrication and precision manufacturing technologies. Each unit undergoes rigorous computational fluid dynamics simulation and pressure testing during fabrication to ensure that channel dimensions are controlled with micron-level accuracy. We operate a comprehensive manufacturing system and can select corrosion-resistant materials—such as duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy alloys, and stainless steel—for precision machining based on process-media requirements, ensuring long-term stable operation under high temperature, high pressure, and strongly corrosive conditions.
