Abstract

The utility model provides a production system for 2-aminobutyramide, comprising: a first reactor for the mixed reaction of hydrogen cyanide and n-propanal to prepare 2-hydroxybutyronitrile; A second reactor connected to the first reactor for the reaction of 2-hydroxybutyronitrile with an ammonia source to prepare 2-aminobutyronitrile; A third reactor connected to the second reactor is used for the hydrolysis reaction of 2-aminobutyronitrile with strong alkali to prepare 2-aminobutyramide. The utility model effectively reduces wastewater, exhaust gas, and waste residue, effectively reduces the amount of hydrogen cyanide, increases the content of target products, and reduces production costs.
